- Developed and presented a business plan for outpatient diagnostic imaging across six hospitals. Key initiatives on expanding hours, improving equipment use, reducing physician leakage, and recruiting technologists. Recruiting the proposed staff could increase diagnostic volume by 17,974 annually, generating an additional $8.3 million in yearly margin.
- Enhanced Patient Access Center: PAC ambassadors now prioritize offering the first available location to patients, streamlining the appointment scheduling process across the system. Partnered with IT to deploy a hospital-branded caller ID, reducing "SPAM" labeling and significantly improving call response rates.
- Collected and analyzed data to build a business case for hiring a sports psychologist. Presented the plan to pediatric sports medicine physicians and administrative leaders, which included an assessment of the conversion rate from orthopedic consultations to rehabilitation treatments to identify patients who would benefit from sports psychology services. This project led to the CFO approving the ROI justification.
- Commissioned by leadership to be a part of the Patient Flow Governance Task Force, defining KPIs and deliverables for CT, MRI, ECHO, EVS, Transport, and Rehab. Strategically aimed to reduce inpatient turnaround times across six hospitals.
- Collaborated with nursing and physician leadership to develop a clinical algorithm for treating patients with Prelabor Rupture of Membranes (PROM). Successfully submitted the algorithm to CMS for approval.
