While my past background is in the legal field, my true calling lies in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—a transition deeply motivated by my journey as a parent to a daughter diagnosed with ASD. Navigating her diagnosis taught me that while there is no cure for autism, ABA stands out as the premier, scientifically proven treatment capable of making a profound difference. This passion led me to enroll in a Master’s program to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).To build a strong clinical foundation, I am eager to start working immediately as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and begin accumulating my supervised fieldwork hours. I want to experience firsthand the daily responsibilities of an RBT, master data collection, and ensure consistent care-plan follow-through. I view the RBT role as the foundational rock of the services ABA offers to clients and families. My previous legal experience translates directly into high-quality clinical practice. I bring advanced skills in detailed documentation, deadline tracking, and client support, which will directly ensure accurate session notes and reliable collaboration with supervising clinicians. I am uniquely well-suited for fast-paced ABA settings that depend on steady observation, organized record-keeping, and the meticulous implementation of treatment plans.
