• Supervising the rigging process in coordination with the Live Production Kit (LPK)
Managers & VTM.
• A main conduit between production and the engineering department of the live production
kit provider and other technical vendors.
• Overseeing and coordinating on-site supplier activities.

Responsible for the coordination and execution of:
▪ Installation of HBS contribution adaptation equipment at the venues including Logistics.
▪ Hands-on installation (power, fibres, SFPs, SDI cabling) according to given
instructions.
▪ 1st level of on-site troubleshooting.
▪ Commissioning of HBS contribution adaptation equipment at the venues.
▪ Following test calendar.
▪ Reporting information to HBS Engineering team whenever required.
▪Make sure all requirements prior to installation and tests are met to ensure on-time
deliverables.
▪Follow up progress of installations and tests with HBS Engineering team at the IBCC.
▪ Liaise with external stakeholders on-site (Telco and Broadcast) whenever required.
▪Event time support following instructions agreed with HBS Engineering team at the IBCC.
▪Guarantee system is up and running during event time. ▪Report on-site incidents and issues to HBS Engineering team at the IBCC.
▪ Provide assistance to the HBS Technical Unit Manager as needed, ensuring that this
support does not interfere with contribution responsibilities.
