My experience is in community-focused operations and outreach. In my current role with KLEO I, more or less, provide front-line support to the organization. My duties involve elderly and vulnerable populations, coordinating transportation, streamlining scheduling, and fostering clear communication among staff, vendors, and partners amongst other tasks.
I'm skilled in maintaining accurate and confidential records while adept at de-escalating issues and resolving challenges in fast-paced environments.
I'm eager to transition into a workforce services role to build and enhance my case management skills and deepen my knowledge of workforce systems, thereby contributing to improving the outcomes for the individuals we currently serve.
I love what this organization stands for, and I truly believe it’s going to leave an incredible mark when it’s all said and done. I’ve always been a 'learn by doing' person. I might not have the traditional degree, but I have the boots-on-the-ground experience and the hunger to outwork anyone. I don’t just show up to work—I master the craft and I deliver.
