Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Responsible for change management workflow within the factory. Developing and implementing BKM's to improve quality and throughput. Developing team skillsets to match workload and new opportunities. Collaborating closely with Fab and global network on priority and researching new solutiuons.

Interfaces with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing engineering to solve product issues and production problems. Responsible for logistics work related to development of new technology in Fab4. Attaching and running deviations, collecting data and summarizing. Prioritizing material in Fab, updating process flow as needed. General support for engineering team.
