Floral Clerk

• Process the truck every Thursday/Sunday while also cleaning buckets and swapping out old for new
• Keeping track of Bloomnet/FTD, accepting, properly pricing and creating orders to customers satisfaction/fill to value
• Creating wandables, upgraded balloons and balloon displays for the stor
• Create Debi Lilly arrangements and rose display arrangements for the rose table
• Properly check dates for out of date cut flowers/foliage plants that are wilted, dried and/or moldy
• Drive Up And Go Shopper
• Picking orders efficiently and effectively and making sure to Substitute/Out of Stocking appropriately
• Cleaning shelves, coolers/freezers, totes and carts
• Handing off orders efficiently and effectively
• Checking back rooms/displays for additional spots for items
• Properly checking dates, freshness of meats/produce and the conditions of cans, boxes and glass items
• Using prep sheet appropriately by asking for items that need to be made ahead of time as a first priority to save time

• Creating Balloon upgrades for the stores display/customers and being able to order balloons when needed
• Understanding the software used for FTD/Bloomnet and being able to properly accept orders, record recipients information, creating delivery trips and creating the arrangements to customer satisfaction
• Understanding on how to check dates for flowers, properly consolidating, keeping an eye out for mold/bruising and distressing appropriately
• Continuously checked the cooler for out of dates, appropriate water levels for vase arrangements, flowers past their lifetime, and proper number of Arrangements available
• Assisting customers on curiosity about orders, arrangements, flowers, shipment dates, balloon orders and general questions

• Keeping up with shipments and also working backstock for Dairy, Frozen and Grocery everyday
• Being able to properly break down pallets and organize based off of aisles that received product
• Learned to understand how Distressing works and the rules along with the procedure
• Facing the store when needed/filling in empty spots
• Assisting customers with the proper knowledge of product placement, availability and ordering for when products come in
• Properly cycled product to have new items in the back and older in the front

• Processed/Properly cared for flowers and put into coolers for storage
• Organized/Cleaned hard goods while also keeping proper inventory
• Set Up/Broke Down Weddings in efficient manner
• Properly gathered correct Flowers/Hard Goods based off of recipes for specific weddings
• Stored Floral arrangements properly inside traveling containers for deliveries
• Understanding the different Flowers worked with and able to identify correctly
