Results-driven production manager with 18 years of experience in manufacturing. Skilled in team leadership, quality control, and operational efficiency. Proven track record in enhancing production flows and supporting team performance.
I have worked at CFAN for 18 years, building a strong career through hands-on production experience, cross-training, certification, and leadership roles across multiple value streams. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of fan blade and 9XOGV manufacturing processes while supporting safety, quality, production flow, and team development.
Fan Blade Layup Production Associate: Spent 11 years working in Fan Blade Layup, gaining experience across all fan blade products and building a strong foundation in production processes, quality expectations, and manufacturing standards.
Fan Blade Paint Production Associate / Certified Painter:Began in Fan Blade Paint as a Production Associate and advanced to become a certified painter after completing the Aerospace Paint course and earning CRS certification.
Fan Blade Cure Cross-Training: While working in Paint, cross-trained in all four Fan Blade Cure areas: Mold Prep, Debulk, Bag for Cure, and Deflash.
Fan Blade Area Coordinator: Coordinated and created the LOB start plan, assigned daily job tasks for more than 40 Production Associates, and helped maintain efficient flow between the Layup and Cure departments. Led safety and quality meetings to reinforce expectations, address issues, and support team performance.
9XOGV Area Coordinator: Coordinated the 9XOGV value stream from Mold Prep through Final for more than one year. As the team expanded and additional Area Coordinators were added, transitioned in April 2026 to focus on Demold and RTM coordination. In this role, I develop and coordinate LOB plans, help maintain flow throughout the value stream, and support achievement of the shipment plan. I work closely with Engineering to coordinate tooling repairs, shipping, and receipt of new tooling. I have expanded my process knowledge by learning braid layup, demold, bond, repair, and final operations, and by partnering with NDT operators to better understand scan results, defects, and opportunities to help operators improve quality outcomes. I also support daily operations by helping create visual management tools for Braid/Leg Layup, RTM, and Demold to track progress against daily targets.
