As an escrow analyst, I performed an analysis on all loans in our portfolio or by customer request. As an escrow representative, I worked task lists consisting of customer or client requests. I had to uncover why there were issues with the property taxes, why they were unpaid, or paid erroneously. And who was responsible for the error(s). • As a Financial Representative, I was support to our financial advisors in Northern Illinois agriculture. I could run on the spot approvals for equipment loans or revolving lines of credit. I was also trained to perform intricate release of mortgages and release of liens. I hand delivered docs to the county recorder for recording. I also had close relationships with our customers, local Government, title and attorneys.
