● Assist with coordinating home inspections, repairs and pest control operators.
● Assist with coordinating real estate transactions from the contract or offer to the close of escrow on the property including opening escrow with the title company.

● Oversee the daily activities of high-end retail store operations to ensure a profitable, clean, and customer-service oriented store in accordance with corporate policies and state and federal laws.

● Forecast and manage the annual budget for the store. Oversee merchandise and setup displays according to corporate plans. Manage the accuracy and timeliness of daily banking activities.
● Develop the working processes for the store operations. Establish and implemented a system for the prevention of shrinkage.
● Hire, supervise, and mentor a staff of 20 full-time and temporary employees for sales, visual presentation, inventory control, and shipping and receiving. Train and coach store associates on policies and procedures.
