For starters my name is Andres Rangel Persaud and I am an immigrant from Caracas, Venezuela, Brought to america when I was 3 years old , As a kid watching my grandmother work hard for everything we have, it inspired me to be the best I can be for me, her and my little 3 year old son , And it give me the work drive that has made me become the man I am today.
Ever since I was a young teenager I have been interested in technology and the way things work , My first interest was in the Automotive field , So I went to Automotive HS where I got my Career & Technical Endorsement , I even worked as an intern, mechanical technician for NYC Sanitation repairing garbage trucks salt spreaders ect... , Over time my attention shifted to elevators as a family member of mine was on the field and I spent my summer vacations tagging along side learning about elevators and I immediately fell in love.
Working in Liftco for 5 years now i have learned a lot especially because I have applied myself 1000%, but my life chanced about 2 years ago when I met Josh ,he started showing me about how to work with the GAL cars , From that day I fell in love because I saw how advanced GAl was with their elevators , in those 2 years I tried to learn as much as possible and i couldn't of done it without the help of Josh Simpson.
I Love GAL because of the direction they are going in , and I would love nothing more than be a part of it , I want to be here for the long run I want to help GAL and be here for GAL in 30+ years from now, I have the work drive and you guys have the promising future that I want to be a part of.
