I'm in charge of the rotisserie chickens and the ribs in making sure we have them out for the members at all times. I'm in charge in cleaning my work area and the ovens to make sure its a clean environment so that when the members look at the window they know that there chickens and ribs are in good hands and not getting contaminated. I have to make sure we have a pallet of chickens with the right date so that we don't fall behind in the morning or in the afternoon. I have to skewer the chickens and make sure that I have extra chickens skewer so that we don't fall behind and that we have ovens ready at all time. When it comes down to taking out the ovens I could do it in 10 minutes and that's taking the temperature, taking them out, putting it inside the containers and labeling. When I come in I make sure that I have enough chickens down for the night and if I don't I go and grab a lead to drop a pallet down for me and if I'm behind I always make sure to catch up so that the members don't have to wait long. When I come I leave after my morning shift I always setup the closing shift by taking out all my trash, making sure they have an oven coming out soon, and leaving behind two ovens worth of skewers so that they have ovens ready. I always try to know what's going on with my ovens so that I can let management know and then plan my day different if something is wrong with my oven. When I work in the morning I always make sure to have two ovens worth of chickens out for the members so that they don't have to wait for me at all
