Training and coaching associates on company, department policies, and procedures. Delivering products and services beyond expectations to guests. Safety of guests and associates were top priority. Team captain for annual kalahari lifeguard olympics.

Perform opening and closing duties of building supervisor, checking lifeguard stands, checking chemical levels, stock lifeguard rescue tubes, AED, and first aid kits, as well as preparing daily maintenance list and completing it.
