Manage the day to day Maintenance activities for 9 parks, 7 cemeteries, and Town Hall. Duties include:

Managed property maintenance for Lyceum Heights a two building 62 unit complex with an additional 16 private cottages.

Duties Included:

• turning over apartments
• participating in the on call schedule
• preformed monthly inspections of emergency lighting and fire extinguishers

Participated in the installation of 24" and 16' gas main line in Rochester NY.

Duties Include:

• Installing and inspecting silt fence along right of way
• installing filter socks
• pumping water out of trenches into filter bags
• seeding and straw mulching completed areas and stock piles
• placing fuel containment containers under machinery at the end of shift
• working closely with environmental inspectors to make sure we where in compliance.

• planting native trees, shrubs and grasses
• invasive plant management using various herbicide method
• stream bank , shoreline, and slope stabilization using erosion matt and straw mulch.

• Design and construction of High Tunnels
• design and installation of electrical components such as ventilation fans and heaters

• preformed a variety of test on water and soil samples including: pH , TSS(suspended solids), TDS(dissolved solids), TPH( total petroleum hydrocarbons), BOD's (biological oxygen demand) microbiology test for e-coli and coliform and listeria using standard plate counts and M-tech method
