Implemented monthly summaries to build accountability and identify quality trends across teams and sections.
  • Reconciled State Farm procedures with state regulations. Rebuilt and communicated procedures between Production, PLSU, and our non-queue teams to handle change in Proof of Residency requirements. Collaborated with Portfolio Management to design entirely new backdating rules for North Carolina and Virginia. Developed new process for addressing North Carolina Reinsurance Facility concerns with Undisclosed Drivers. My attention to these regulatory changes led to accelerated adoption, improved quality, and reduce the impact to our policyholders.
  • Managed Agency Escalation and Executive Escalation processes for multi-car states, including leveraging skill sets across several teams, collaborating with employees to bring forth and implement best practices, monitored results, and provided feedback to leaders on procedural errors.
