  • Site Superintendent for all landscaping, civil work and site structures encompassing the exterior of the Core and Shell Office Building built for Wilson Meany. This included but was not limited to creating the master schedule and sending out weekly short interval updates. Responsible for managing all field issues that emerged on a daily basis. Ran weekly subcontractor meetings specific to the civil and landscape work. Reported in to the head superintendent each Friday to update on overall status and upcoming milestones.
  • Other scopes managed during the construction process of (2) new 406,000 sq. ft. Core and Shell office building included Metal Stair, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Waterproofing, Landscaping, Civil Utility, Site Concrete, Structural Concrete, Shoring, Dewatering, Signage, Misc Metals and Striping.
  • Handled the reception and transmission of all embeds to the concrete field engineer. Devised and circulated a pre-pour embed checklist, ensuring precise placement of all embeds in their designated locations.
  • Scheduled and walked all inspections with the city of San Mateo Building Department. Inspections included Rebar prior to each deck,column and wall pours; Metal framing, Mechanical, Electrical and Fire protection rough in and welding. Also scheduled and walked all waterproofing inspections with the 3rd party consultant prior to each concrete pour.
  • Scheduled and walked all closeout inspections for Building Department, Fire Department, Public Works and Planning Department, prior to TCO with the head superintendent.
  • Proficient in reviewing, understanding, writing, processing, posting and distributing Submittals/RFIs; Manage Log (including understanding the schedule impact side of procurement). Recognize direct scope impacts.
  • Head Manager 3D coordination software, Navis Files. Led 3D coordination meetings for MEPS, and managed clash/resolution logs.
