I have extensive experience as an over the road driver for Prime Inc. and as a call center representative at many offices, including the Walmart Home Office. A Fleet Manager must understand the importance of driver safety, maintaining punctuality and ensuring customer satisfaction, and strict adherence to DOT regulations. At the same time, it is essential to quickly and efficiently assist all drivers in a myriad of issues that might pop up on any given day. My unique experience in both the trucking industry and various fast-paced call centers, along with my degrees in Communications and Psychology, provides me with a solid foundation necessary to quickly grasp the complexities of the Fleet Manager position.
