  • Began as the Shipping Supervisor, overseeing around twenty people. Managed various aspects such as training, coaching, process improvement, 5S, and various IT tasks.
  • Transferred to the Receiving Department to oversee the day to day of receiving trucks and improving a building profile.
  • Transferred to the Warranty/Returns department, the company needed an immediate fill-in, someone with previous experience to overlook that section of the warehouse. I managed a smaller team and oversaw the entire returns process.
  • Lastly, I moved to supervise the 3PL team which consisted of between ten to fifteen people. Daily objectives and scheduling involved dealing with 3rd parties such as LTL, FED EX, UPS, USPS. One of my favorite achievements while being a supervisor was the improvement of UPH was over double the required amount for my team by reducing wasted steps and eliminating unnecessary movement.
