I obtained my EMT License a few years ago and worked with Hartford AMR for a few months my job was to staff an ambulance as and EMT-B. They have helped me continue my education in EMS since I joined. I have also been involved in Boy Scouts for a large part of my life, where I have obtained the rank of Eagle Scout. In scouting I learned many useful skills such as leadership, time management, and the ability to communicate effectively. As well as getting used to hiking for long periods of time. Working in a Fire department has taught me to be dedicated to my work and see everything through to completion while also being efficient and effective.
