I started playing in band in the fourth grade as a percussionist. After two years of percussion, I decided to switch to alto saxophone which I fell in love with. I played professionally alongside seasoned saxophone players for an organization's 25th anniversary during my Sophomore year. During my Junior and Senior years in High School, I was 1st chair and helped to achieve several perfect scores at varying musical competitions. I stopped playing in a large setting after I graduated High School, and am looking forward to playing on my own.
I joined the Cub Scouts at the age of 10, and enjoyed the activities provided. Once I graduated from a Cub Scout to a Boy Scout, I began serving my community far more alongside my peers. I played a major role within the Scouts, becoming a Troop Leader and Troop Guide when I achieved the necessary ranks. I was a Life Scout, the second highest rank next to Eagle and am unfortunately no longer a part of the Boy Scouts of America.
