One 1,500sqft church parsonage with 1.5acres and one 1,400sqft city ministry house on a 7,800sqft lot.
- Supported areas include maintenance, grounds, cleaning, security systems, building systems, fleet, equipment and outside contractor management
- Budgeting for operations and capital planning for life-cycle and space renovations.
- Accountability, vision and direction for three hourly assistants and over twenty-five ministry volunteers.

Development and accountability for five salaried managers consisting of a financial controller, catering manager, executive chef, retail director, assistant dining director and over 65 hourly associates. Maintained client relations with CFO, Dean of Students, faculty, staff and board members.
- Assistant Director of Dining Services at Spring Arbor University, Spring Arbor, MI from September 2007 - May 2013. Assisted in the daily operations of main dining hall, catering and all retail food venues at SAU's $2.2 million dollar dining program. Crafted the schedule of 26 full time, 3 part time and 15 university student workers. Unit safety and payroll coordinator. Prior to the hiring of the campus Executive Chef in 2010, responsible for all purchasing and inventory stock totaling between $35-$50k weekly depending on event load.
