  • Assistant Director of Dining Services at Spring Arbor University, Spring Arbor, MI from September 2007 - May 2013. Assisted in the daily operations of main dining hall, catering and all retail food venues at SAU's $2.2 million dollar dining program. Crafted the schedule of 26 full time, 3 part time and 15 university student workers. Unit safety and payroll coordinator. Prior to the hiring of the campus Executive Chef in 2010, responsible for all purchasing and inventory stock totaling between $35-$50k weekly depending on event load.
