• Lion Troop is a select group of students and staff dedicated to fostering University pride and spirit through the Nittany Lion Mascot. Members promote and uphold brand and visual integrity, support the mascot through event coordination and communications management, and lead outreach initiatives, creative projects, video production, and social media presence. Members are also responsible for maintaining professional relationships with university administrators, partners, and campus stakeholders, while adhering to strict confidentiality, safety, and operational standards for the program.
• Managed communications, scheduling of over 300 events per year, and overall day-to-day operations
• Contributed to brand protection efforts for the Nittany Lion, including logo and trademark use throughout the University, while collaborating to elevate activation initiatives that included merchandise, marketing, and endorsement and sponsorship opportunities.
• Ideated and led the creation of content for the main Penn State owned social platforms

• Served as a lifeguard and advanced into high-level operational leadership, including the development of a comprehensive position guidebook and oversight of private and group swim instructions, as well as led water aerobics classes.
• Coordinated flexible staffing schedules across the community pool, lake marina dock, and lake security boat overseeing the work of 20 employees.
• Design and adapt water aerobic routines to accommodate participants with varying physical limitations.
