BOH/Prep Duties

• Fulfills hundreds of breakfast (egg sandwiches) and lunch tickets (meat and vegetarian sandwiches) daily in a timely manner across three different line cook positions.
• Maintains a clean workstation in a high volume kitchen to guarantee minimal cross-contamination of ingredients.
• Makes sauces from scratch, slices meats and cheese, follows recipes for menu items such as hashbrowns, roasted turkey, corned beef, chocolate chip cookies and pickles.

FOH Duties

• Creates an inviting atmosphere for customers while facilitating their order, guiding them through the menu and answering any questions regarding allergens or ingredients.
• Attends to any and all customer issues in real time and ensures problems are corrected to customer satisfaction.

• Facilitates efficient sessions through a working knowledge of analog and digital recording gear including Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton, UAD, patchbays, preamps and outboard effect units
• Organizes digital sessions and ensures high quality file management/delivery
• Experience with consoles such as Toft ATB24, API 2448 and Soundcraft Vi4
• Prepares for sessions beforehand so bands/artists can expect to show up and began immediately

• Rented out AV equipment to members and troubleshooted issues.
• Created member-based company events
• Completed projects such as installing LED light strips along perimeter of studios and setting up networked audio for live events.

• Ensured digitized files sourced from obsolete media such as tape reels, cassettes, film and digital video match the deliverable file specifications (wrapper, codec, bit depth, sample rate, etc.) as requested by the client.
• Assisted audio and video transfer engineers with ingest of formats such as cassettes, multitrack tape and digital video formats.
• Aided the registrar in taking inventory, checking in/out shipments and organizing the vault of to-be-transferred media.
