• Directly managed 4 personnel and supervised maintenance of equipment and vehicles in excess of $2M.
• Trained to perform all operator and maintenance tasks on multiple combat vehicle platforms. (Abrams, Stryker, Bradley.)
• Evaluated over 100 Abrams and Bradley crews (400 personnel) during multiple gunnery trainings.
• Utilized After Action Reviews (A.A.R.) to provide feedback and improve crew cohesion and gunnery scores.
• Assisted in restructuring our supply and readiness process utilizing knowledge of GCCS-A (G-Army) and Army Vantage
• Selected before peers in deployment to Poland as member of N.A.T.O. task force from March 2019-January 2020. Cross-trained with foreign soldiers and developed knowledge of allied combat vehicles.
