As Co-Owner formed Arya Resources, LLC in 2020. Arya is a Oil & Gas Operating Company with its primary properties in the Midland Basin. Since 2020 Arya has acquired 24 oil & gas wells comprising of 130 barrels of oil per day. I formed the land department and assist with the business development responsibilities. Being, fund raising, legal, acquisitions, accounting and financial institutions.

Max Resources Enterprises, LLC, an independent company that performs surface and mineral land work as well as creates and sells Oil and Gas deals such as Saltwater Disposal wells and open acreage. Max Resources Enterprises, LLC primarily conducts its business in the Midland Basin.

• Formed the leasing department and managed 15-20 landmen. I was actively involved in negotiations and meeting deadlines for clients. Also, assisted with title ownership along with leasehold in counties across the Permian Basin and Delaware Basin.
