I was promoted to this position with the responsibilities of managing our breakfast shift & dinner Shift in the restaurant. We also manage The Market in the hotel, this is a small retail, food and beverage outlet that the hotel offer's. This helped me expand my knowledge within the hotel and maximize the guest experience and guest needs.
