I was promoted to this position with the responsibilities of managing our breakfast shift & dinner Shift in the restaurant. We also manage The Market in the hotel, this is a small retail, food and beverage outlet that the hotel offer's. This helped me expand my knowledge within the hotel and maximize the guest experience and guest needs.

I was promoted to the pool bar and restaurant supervisor with the responsibilities of supervising the reaction debarment in the resort. The area of resort recreation was new to me but i was an amazing experience and i learned a lot.

After i was done with the opening processes in my last location the company asked me to help and consider relocating in Tampa due to management shortage at the time. I took it and didn't have any problems because i was going back home.

I was promoted from lead bar corporate trainer from the Jersey City NJ, location. I started training for my first management job with the company. This was a great opportunity for me at the time as i was working for this promotion.
