Driven by a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service, I leveraged my skills in menu memorization and cleanliness to enhance guest experiences at The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel. My primary role as barista is to make all drinks on the current menu along with espresso beverages procured by the guest. Guest experience is by far the most important role. My secondary tasks include cleaning, organizing, making requisition lists, and general restocking.
My job as a line 3/4 cook was to work the grill and fryer. Towards the end, I had been working front of house which entitles me to cashier or expedite. As front of house, I would also uphold the store's cleanliness and organization.
My job as a GSA involved handling the money, serving sides, delivering orders, and once in a while, washing dishes and carving the rotisserie chicken. The restaurant was unfortunately closed down.
