
I order and verify the various types of automotive parts and body shop materials that I receive from vendors and suppliers, and apon delivery, I do quality inspections and invoice verifications. I also matain inventory updated through CDK global(Excel Variant) and dispute and fix any discrepancies and issues. And I keep customers updated with parts status and schedule them in for repairs or fix any problem with the product we use on thier vehicle. I used to work for an independent remodeling company for two years before transitioning into the automotive industry.

I kept customers updated with costs,material and labor, I would use work email and work phone on a daily basis, I also delivered materials including wood and air tools. I schedule a time to meet customers and look over what needs to be done. Before starting on a project, I would bring up anything to customers about any concerns involving timing and product recommendations.
