In my current position, I experience with ordering and receiving all types of automotive parts and body shop materials, after the arrival of our products I would do quality inspections and invoice verifications. Also including in this experience, I would keep customers updated with parts status and scheduling them in for repairs or fix any problem with our products.

I kept customers updated with costs,material and labor, I would use work email and work phone on a daily basis, I also delivered materials including wood and air tools. I schedule a time to meet customers and look over what needs to be done. Before starting on a project, I would bring up anything to customers about any concerns involving timing and product recommendations.
