RFI Management and Communication:
Worked on Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure the swift resolution of critical project queries, learning to maintain clear lines of communication and contributing to the job site.
Meeting Coordination and Documentation:
Actively attended and took note of meeting of minutes/ weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and Foremen meetings, facilitating informed decision-making and seamless team collaboration.
Submittals:
Worked on submittals within the job site process, navigating approvals, and learning the project specifications,
Safety Enforcement:
Learned the importance of workplace safety, enforcing rigorous safety standards and establishing a culture of safety awareness among the job site.
Field Experience and On-Site Learning:
Walked the site with superintendents during building inspections, gaining valuable insights into the process of building foundation construction within a project. Closely observed from the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams while they executed their scopes of work.
Open Space AI:
Worked with "Open Space AI" which is a virtual 360 camera experience which allows us to stitches images together and pins them to our floor plan, creating a comprehensive and shared visual record of the project's jobsite.
