• I have a board of 38 drivers that I manage. I present them with loads, continuously communicate with them, keep up with trailers, make sure they turn in paperwork, etc
• Company closed down.

• Oversee the daily loads of my drivers, dispatch loads, talk to brokers, customers, do paperwork, work with LME, make sure drivers stay good with DOT, Geotab logs,etc

• I owned my own graphics/ shirt shop........I designed/created art work then I would either screen print or do heat press vinyl on shirts, jackets, etc........also did banners, signs, etc
• Payroll, scheduled employees, ordered, took inventory, customer service
• I sold my business in Oct 2019 and have been training the new owners

• I worked to make sure all my drivers were compliant to DOT rules ........managed safety meetings and training to new drivers.........put in place corrective measures for drivers not following DOT rules........

• Managed the store as far as, hiring/firing of employees, scheduling hours of work for employees, customer service, inventory/ordering, profit/ loss statements, making sure store was up to health dept standards

• Keep up with logs, safety compliance, orientation, etc

• Cleaned houses for individuals. Swept, mops, dishes, dusted, made beds, etc

• Managed a team, opened, closed, waste reports, cash count, deposits, schedules, etc. Worked under Jerry Brooks.

Check in drivers, add tallies for loads, made BOLs, check drivers out, make work orders
