Owner/partner of retail store selling composite decking and railing. The store was sold on March 1, 2022 to a larger deck company. Responsibilities include:

• Consult with contractors and homeowners to learn about products and installation.
• Answered phone calls and placed orders.
• Handled accounts receivable and invoicing to larger contractors, including past due accounts.
• Worked with distributors in the ordering of materials.
• Payroll, tax reports and filings.
• Proficient in Quickbooks.

Focused on team building, goal setting for bank branches. I managed balancing of tellers, customer deposits, opening accounts ,and loan processing. I was awarded Branch of the Month on several occasions for meeting and exceeding expectations for new deposits, loan lending, and building customer base.

I started my banking career working from the bottom up. I was put in bookkeeping and processed checks and pulled statements. I became the back up check processor and bank balancer for the bank. I learn the position of teller. I worked daily with customers making deposits and withdrawals and loan payments. I progressed to the loan department processing loan documents and working customer loan files. I made sure all loan documentation was correct, insurance policies were not expired, and filed appropriate security forms. I was promoted to train new employees and helped open new branches.
