Supported activation and build of Launch Complex 16 fluids and instrumentation systems in support of Terran 1 demo mission Good Luck Have Fun. Including but not limited to: tube building and panel assembly, harness assembly, DACS rack build up, and hangar readiness and activation.
Key contributor in build, testing and integration of 'Hardware In The Loop', power support racks and all associated harnessing for the manufacturing, test and launch sites. Acted as the go-to Cape Avionics experienced technician to perform testing and r&r of avionics systems throughout the build, test and launch campaign.
Supported the first engine stand campaign exercised at the Cape for Terran 1 demo flight. Performed post test inspections and prop repairs and upgrades for nine Aeon engines throughout testing.
Final flight integration of Terran 1 booster, stage two and payload. Including but not limited to ensuring health, quality, and flight readiness of all mechanically and electrically integrated components on Terran 1 launch vehicle.
