I started my first job during my senior year of high school as a student worker working with 3-4-year-olds where I learned how to communicate with parents and monitor child safety. In addition, I worked part-time at Marble slab where I learned customer service and management skills. After graduating high school and attending college I began working as a substitute teacher with now four years of experience working in K-12 to get as much experience as I could in different grade levels and different schools to begin networking for my career. During the summertime, I started working at Michaels until I graduated from the University of Houston Clear Lake with my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with Cum Laude honors.
