I am an experienced leader with a strong background in guiding teams of people to our collective goals. I am driven by a motivation to provide my community with their personal, social, and material needs via sustainable and ethical methods. I believe that with the help of our collective action that policy improvements are possible, and will in-tern improve the lives of all living things.
ATL vets is an organization with a mission to empower veterans to find a renewed purpose and passion, a new mission, that enables them to continue operating at a high level after the uniform. I work to create and host accessible, free, and enjoyable group fitness sessions for the members of ATL vets. My workouts are intended to lend a helping hand to veterans who may be nervous to move their bodies after serious injury and combat PTSD. The "group" aspect of the classes are arguably even more important than getting our vets active. ATL vets and I have a mutual belief that community is a large part of keeping our vets safe and healthy, allowing them to lead lives that are fulfilling while continuing to have relationships outside of their professional lives.
