Community Service for SAAGE Project non-profit organization (12 months)
The SAAGE project was a non-profit organization which helped lower income class children in grade school to receive art supplies and gain creativity skills. We were able to spread awareness about the environment to the younger generation through an artistic lens, while also expressing their different personalities through art. My job was to deliver supplies to schools and help raise donations for the non-profit organization. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, we adapted by continuing to engage with children through Zoom, facilitating the creation of art projects despite physical distancing.
