Digital Transformation for a leading Insurance Company :

A leading Insurance company embarked on their digital transformation journey with the goal of developing One Operating Model, simplified processes, upgrade tech infrastructure and embedded intelligence to improve customer and employee experience, help customers reach their financial goals and reduce the company's operating costs.

Responsibilities :

· Leading an $80 million business transformation project involving 220 team members across 20 Agile PODs.

· Launched product in 9 months from the new SaaS platform against industry standard of 15 months.

· Lead Engineering team to increase digital intake of claims by 25%, reduce operational costs by 10% and implement automation to reduce claim service days by 80%.

· Lead data migration effort involving 7000+ customers from 5 legacy platforms for 60k open claims and 100k closed claims. $3 million savings have been achieved through decommission of legacy platforms.

· Drive partnership with COTS product company to mitigate platform gaps and co invest to commercialize the enhanced product features.
