  • Plan and implement positive public relations programs, including partnerships with local universities, policymakers, feeder schools, businesses, and neighborhood associations.
  • Meet with school principal, staff, students, Local School Council committees, local neighborhood associations, local businesses, and members of community to develop positive school/community relationships.
  • Create weekly community newsletter, sent through Constant Contact.
  • Create marketing materials for various events.
  • Establish relationships with community organizations and social service agencies to identify existing resources and services and meets with community organizations to obtain information and literature concerning available services for distribution to students and their families as necessary.
  • Attend meetings with community to represent school; schedules and coordinates all building activities, sports events, recreational programming, and all other usages of facility promotes and encourages community's use of facility for community-sponsored events.
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders to plan large-scale events including Local School Council candidate forum and election drive, Covid-19 testing and vaccination events, and NHS events
  • Serve as liaison between CPS-related service providers and school.
