Collaboration with founders of Honduras mission organization to create a stand-alone 501(c)(3) charitable organization, including research and preparation of 1023 Application for Exempt Status, Illinois nonprofit registration, and organization bylaws. Facilitated board training and strategic planning.

Served as Organizational Leader to oversee and direct operations, fundraising efforts, and financial reporting. Worked closely with the Board of Directors to lead organization through two significant House expansions and related capital campaigns, exceeding capital campaign goals and keeping spending under board-approved budget on both projects. Spearheaded partnership with major behavioral health hospital to construct and run the first stand-alone Ronald McDonald Family Room program specifically serving behavioral health patients and their families. Strengthened existing donor relationships and cultivated new donors, including new major support from Kohl's Corporation and Northwestern Mutual. Created strong team culture with a cohesive leadership team, focused on practicing core values and providing learning opportunities, including creation of a DEI Committee. Served two-year term on RMHC's Global Advisory Council and the True Sense Direct Marketing Council. Presented/facilitated at RMHC Organizational Leader and Global conferences.

Managed Midwest Region's nonprofit tax practice as well as supported Milwaukee's general tax practice. Responsible for a large client base of nonprofit, closely-held businesses and high net worth clients, including major hospital systems, service organizations, and foundations. Assisted clients with understanding and minimizing audit and business risk through best-practice compliance practices and tax strategies. Grew the midwest nonprofit client base and its team of tax professionals, including recruiting, retention, and women's mentoring. Presenter of tax technical topics at various internal and external educational seminars and conferences.
