I have been a registered nurse for 7 years, with experience in TELE/MEDSURG/ONC, COVID units, IMC, including charge nurse experience for a 45-bed, MEDSURG unit. I've enjoyed learning new roles and skills throughout my career. My goal is to continue to expand my knowledge-base and clinical experience while cultivating a safe and happy nursing environment. Nursing care is critical for patient safety, good patient outcomes, and the well-being of the healthcare organization as a whole. I would like to find a position in an environment that is supportive and receptive to the needs and opinions of the nurses. I will always advocate for my patients and fellow nurses because I want to see patients feel better and achieve positive outcomes. I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with progressive career history in direct patient care, triage and care coordination in fast-paced environment. Proven to remain calm under pressure and skillfully handle difficult patients and high-stress situations.
