
1) Open and Closed office/warehouse.
2) Audit and input payroll into system daily.
3) Send payroll to bookkeeper at end of pay period after auditing before sending.
4) Helped HR create, update and maintained all personnel files. Example: all truck drivers, license, medical cards, and made sure all per up to date for company and Allied Van Lines.
5) All new personnel: made sure all forms and paperwork are in files for HR.
6) Helped interview and fire employees as needed.
7) Assist HR with all Ohsa compliences, monthly meetings, and any accidents reported and track them with OSHA.
8) On daily bases made sure workers had the paperwork, supplies, truck keys and gas cards needed.
