  • Since 2008, I have held positions including Personal Care Attendant, Scheduler, Trainer, Quality and Assurance Director, and SICIL Program Director. These roles have provided a comprehensive understanding of our organizations' history, structure, and how each program addresses community social service needs. I am well-versed in the reasons for the legal separation of The Solutions Center and The Solutions Center Group, to support our three current programs.

Recognized for wisdom and experience earned during a several-year career in program development and delivery. I consistently exceed performance indicators, and I have strengthened our statewide presence.

During my tenure, I have also achieved my educational goals, further preparing me to serve as executive director at The Solutions Center, and The Solutions Center Group.

Accomplishments

• Restructured SICIL staff composition to streamline the operation and improve the service and image of SICIL.
• Supervises a team serving people with disabilities in 8 counties – Bartholomew, Brown, Crawford, Jackson, Lawrence, Monroe, Orange, and Washington.
• Generates bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual program performance reports.
• Implements a wellness and exercise fall prevention program for people with and without disabilities.
• Grant writing and implementation through collaboration with previous SIAGS Director and in the writing, receiving and implementation of the Cool Seniors Grant as SICIL Program Director.

Volunteer Experience

  • February 2020 to present - Ambassador for legislative outreach, Alzheimer’s Impact Movement, part of the Alzheimer’s Association, Supporting individuals living with dementia and their families through advocacy and by building relationships with team leads, colleagues, and U.S. Representative's office staff.
  • 2024 to present - Treasurer, Indiana Statewide Independent Living Council, INSILC, Safeguards organizational assets by monitoring adherence to ethical and fiduciary standards through expenditure reviews and invoice approvals.
