I am experienced in customer service and guest relations. Handling customer inquires as well as front of house calls and reservations. I also contribute to a positive team atmosphere during all hours to ensure customer satisfaction. I also maintain an organized reservation list and waitlist that would both satisfy both parties.

I am in charge of opening and midday cash management which includes making sure the stores safe is set and setting up cash drawers for the day. I am also in charge of inventory management which also includes ordering inventory for the store. I am proficient in memorization and crafting beverages as well as handling and taking orders. This role requires me to be comfortable working in fast paced environments wether that be early mornings or late nights.

Was responsible for processing customer payments and cash management. I was also responsible for handling groceries and being knowledgeable on food safety and contamination. I would routinely help stock aisles and perform cleaning duties.
