At Farminsights my role was originally as an intern now I am working remotely part-time within sales. My position includes communicating with clients through text, email, and phone to build relationships. I also make cold calls which means that I'm not only pitching and closing deals but I'm listening to clients so that I can understand what may be the best choice for them depending on their situation.

My role at Perspire was managing the studio on my own. This included welcoming clients, building meaningful relationships with them, and being able to stop everything to help when needed. Another big part of this role included cleaning, restocking, making outbound calls, answering phone, texts, pitching, and closing memberships and packages. This role taught me how important time management is and that small, intentional actions such as how you welcome someone, communicate, and hold space heavily shape a person’s experience.

My position as a personal assistant for Erik and Christine was to assist them with personal and professional needs. My tasks varied from writing emails and posting on their social media to picking up groceries, printing and mailing documents, and organizing their home. I also drove many of their family and friends to appointments. This role was demanding but very fulfilling. This position taught me how to diversify

At Roger's Garden, My role was too assist customers with checking out. I would wrap delicate items and radio different departments when clients needed help transporting items. This position showed me the importance of teamwork and collaboration because each department and employee worked together to provide excellent service. I also loved being able to take some plants home at the end of shifts.
