• IASA Board, the Indian American Student Association, hosts an annual cultural show featuring over 1,000 students who dance and perform to represent diverse cultures. As Vice President, I was actively involved in organizing and overseeing this significant event.
• Intezzar, Intezaar is a national dance competition where teams from across the country come together to compete. All the proceeds from ticket sales are donated to a cancer charity. As a board member, I played a key role in organizing and coordinating the event.
• HOSA, which stands for Health Occupations Students of America, is a national organization that hosts competitions for thousands of students in pre-health-related events. I had the opportunity to advance to the next rounds and compete at the HOSA state level.
• Presoma, we engage with individuals on the DO track and receive valuable advice regarding medical school preparation. Additionally, we attend meetings and participate in various volunteer opportunities.
• Delta Epsilon Mu, This is a prestigious pre-health and professional fraternity dedicated to supporting students pursuing careers in the medical field. We organize events that focus on various aspects of healthcare and offer workshops designed to help students engage with and prepare for their future careers. I currently serve on the leadership board.
• Piano, I receive piano instruction at home, allowing me to refine my skills and perform at various piano competitions. I've mastered Beethoven's "Für Elise," among other complex pieces, entirely by memory. My dedication to piano has enabled me to perform with precision and confidence, showcasing the depth of my musical training and passion.
• Cure Found, We created gift baskets for children with Cystic Fibrosis to bring them comfort and support. Additionally, we participated in triage training and pulmonary function workshops led by experienced respiratory therapists. We also had the privilege of hosting physicians who shared insights into their medical journeys, offering valuable advice and inspiration.
• Human Biology, I deepen my understanding of the medical field through events and guest speakers. The club offers valuable insights and networking opportunities, enhancing my passion and preparing me for a career in healthcare.
• Spartan Sikhs, it focuses on fostering a sense of community among students who share the Sikh faith. It provides a supportive environment for connecting with others of the same religion while being away from home.
• Pageant, I won Miss India Michigan runner up 2024. I competed amongst many girls in different categories.
