I did start off in sales in the Aventura Florida store. I transferred to the Phipps Plaza store in 2011. I eventually transferred to service experience . In service experience I handled customer and sales associate issues. I did customer refunds and gave customers their online orders. My major role was making sure customers left with positive experience.

I started my career at Delta Airlines in Chicago working in reservations. I worked in various positions in Atlanta and Miami . My major position was Customer Service. I handled passenger issues and special requests. I took an early retirement package in 2003.
