Annie Nockels

I was a waitress at a four diamond guest ranch. I was on a crew of five waitresses. Daily duties included: polishing silverware, folding napkins, cleaning the entire dining room daily, setting tables for every meal, serving 8-10 drinks at a time per table, and serving 5 plates at a time to each table. We had the most interactions with guests out of every crew at Lost Valley Ranch. When not on the clock for serving, I would also babysit the guest children, or the daughter of the general manager at Lost Valley Ranch. I would also assist the cabin crew by helping clean cabins on the days we had a new group coming in.

While the two children were at school, I would do house projects around the house including: cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, dishes, and organizing the children's rooms. I would pick up the children from school and nanny them when needed. When the family would travel I would sometimes go to their home and clean up the kitchen for them and have their sheets clean for when they would return.
