• Assist Projects Support Teams in establishing Project Management Systems for facilitating the procedural complexities of the project
• Setting-up and maintaining company's official websites
• Maintain hosted FTP server in a graphical interface
• Troubleshoot all hardware and software related technical issues and queries
• Monitor & maintain the servers of branch offices which are located at various locations in UAE,KSA from the main office in Qatar
• Traveling to various branch offices in Qatar, UAE & KSA for resolving the hardware / software issues
• Ensure that the licenses of various software, antivirus, etc are up-to-date and take necessary action for the timely renewal of the same
• Install and up-grade various hardware & software including PC's, memory, hard disks, printers, etc
• Setting-up of systems and IT facilities for new hires
• Handle PC reassignment setup and verify the HW/SW sign-off before employee departure
• Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution
• Manage procurement of IT Infrastructure

IT Security

• Monitor access to the IT network systems as a part of the security procedure and update security programs and devices accordingly
• Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program to ensure that the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information is owned, controlled, or processed by the organization
• Develop, maintain, and publish up-to-date information security policies, standards, and guidelines
• Oversee the approval, training, and dissemination of security policies and practices
• Create and manage information security and risk management awareness training programs for all employees, and approved system users

Server Administration

• Install and configure server operating systems, application software, anti-viruses & hardware, etc., managing disk space, user profile creation and configuring personal web & mail server
• Formulate back-up strategy, ensuring scheduled / unscheduled backups as per the back-up plan, heading user management/ server maintenance/ web server/ mail server, etc
• Implement Cloud services

ERP Support

• Provide ERP application support for all users across the firm
• Ensure the integrity and security of information and access to support company reporting and internal control standards
• Partner with vendor regarding product roadmap, enhancement suggestions and support cases

Technical Support

• Addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring smooth operations, monitoring helpdesk operations including escalated calls, trouble tickets and resolving the same within the given TAT using specialized helpdesk tools
• Resolving queries regarding the Information System / Software & extending onsite support to the clients including maintenance of hardware / software.

Reporting:
