Anthony Hamilton

As a Sales Associate at Box Lunch, I did the following :

- Greeted customers, and provided amazing customer service with an engaging attitude

- Assisted customers with their wants and needs

- Cleaned and monitored the entire store throughout my shifts

- While performing cashier duties, I would effectively provide the customer with excellent customer service, and help them sign up for the rewards program to help them save money

-Handled Customer complaints and assisted the customers whom had the complaints

-While cleaning the store, I would also put out stock, rearrange the store, and organize the product that had a discount

-Most importantly, I would develop trustful relationships with the customers, to the point where they would come into the store, and talk to me while shopping

As a Cashier at Mark District, I would do the following :

- Greet every customer with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

- Help the customer with their wants, needs, bagging their purchases, and any questions they have

- If the customers were not able to load their groceries into their car properly, I would go out and load their groceries into their car

- I would also develop friendships with some customers, who would specifically come into my line if I were working

- I would collect and dispose all trash in the front end of the store

- I would additionally collect expired coupons and dispose of them as well

- I developed friendships with colleagues as well, and to this day, I will go into the store and catch up with them for a long time!

As a FYE Sales Associate, I would do the following :

- Help customers with any of their wants, needs, and questions they had about the store

- When the customers were purchasing the product they wanted, I would also help them sign up for the FYE discount program to help them save money

- I would provide every single customer with a kind and enthusiastic attitude

- I would assist any customers that complaints regrading the store

- I would also clean, restock, and rearrange the entire store

- I also developed really good friendships while working at FYE, who I still talk to this day!

At Amc Theaters, I would do the following :

- Sell tickets to customers, as well scan online tickets customers had

- Assisted customers if they had any questions or concerns

- Clean the entire theater, including lobby, bathrooms, and auditoriums

- With every single customers, I would be the most friendly as I can be

- If I was specifically working at the concession stands, I would serve food and drinks the customers!

- When I was working here, I also developed friendships with people who I still talk to this day
