• Management tasks include inventory control, ordering supplies and food items, ensuring food safety at all times, and ensuring employees work in a safe manner.

• Closing and opening the restaurant responsibilities of cleaning all equipment, proper food storage, cashing out employees and ensuring all money is accounted for and matches the computer amounts, securing the store and parking lot.
