I am seeking employment as a Superintendent with a company where I can grow professionally and personally.

Over 28 years in the construction industry, starting out as an apprentice carpenter. I have worked as a Journeyman, Foreman and Superintendent on numerous construction projects of varying magnitude and complexity throughout the Tri State Area. I am experienced in directing trades, scheduling manpower, material ordering, expediting material and coordinating with the owners requirements and architects specifications with field operations. I have an understanding of all construction documents. Experienced with all types of residential and commercial projects including retail, housing, hospitals and universities. I emphasize safety and follow all OSHA rules and regulations. I use a Total Quality Management Approach which is based on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
