I headed the Ad-hoc Committee on water consrvation in 2015. We devised a system to determine how many non compliant appliances needed to be replace to meet the El Toro water districts requirements.

In the same year We headed the ad-hor committee on walkway lighting. We successfully completed our work 4 months ahead of time and $900,000 under budget

We take our fiduciary role of director seriously and put resident interests aged of our own

AS assistance I helpd order labor , handled cash accounts and oversaw loading, unloading of rucks and barges and the containerization and consolidating of smaller cargoes. Worked with very strong Union the I.L.A..

1973 I became Superintendent of Pier 80 So. where I performed the same work that is oversaw the overall running of the general cargo operations.

In1976 they offered me the positing of General manager of Bulk operations. Since our pier wa an old fashion pier it could not handle the bigger bulk carriers and so I spent the rest of days at Independent Pier working large vessels at Port Richmond Phila, Camden Marine Terminal in South Jersey. I reengineered the operation to meet industry standards

I ran agency 008 and I ws licensed in Kansas as well as Missouri. I developed marketing skills in "buy/sell, key man, and cross purchase policies. They wer more difficult to sell but there ws no lapse rate tp speak of
